Charts

The 6–12 Charts are visual Montessori learning materials designed to support the 6–12 year old child’s exploration of key concepts across mathematics, language, geometry, biology, geography, history and the sciences. Rooted in AMI Montessori pedagogy, the charts present information in a clear, ordered and visually engaging format that assists the child in organising knowledge, recognising relationships and deepening understanding through independent study and discussion. Used as reference, impressionistic or follow-up materials, the charts support the 6–12 child’s reasoning mind and growing imagination, helping to bring abstract concepts to life while encouraging research, classification and further exploration of the interconnectedness of the world.
