Megan Tyne
Megan Tyne holds the AMI 3-6 Diploma and a BA Dip Ed and has been involved in Montessori education since 1985. She has three grown children, all of whom attended Montessori, and now a grandson also attending Montessori. With a professional background in finance, marketing, website and database development, Megan has assisted numerous Montessori organisations. She was Chairperson of the International Montessori Centenary Committee, assisted with Indigenous Montessori projects in Australia and attended several Educateurs sans Frontières assemblies. She was the Executive Director of the Montessori Children's Foundation, Montessori Australia Foundation, and the Australian Centre for Montessori Studies for over ten years. Megan has worked for AMI since 1999, now serving as the Chief of Innovation with responsibility for various websites, AMI Digital and AMI's digital library as well as supporting several projects involving system development, material manufacturers and the implementation of AMI's strategic objectives.
